Well yeah they will fit but i'm not into taking that sort of risk the fire wall is there for a reason :? well, u don't cut it out and leave it, u cut it so there's room for the headers, then get some metal and weld it back together... brianteel Posted March 13, 2006 Report Share Posted March 13, 2006 go to l67swap there are pictures on there of what needs to be done. you have to remove a large section of the hump and then bend and weld a new piece. also there are 1.5 gen headers for the montes that i hear fit the first gen. go to http://www.mymonte.com for that. i do not know if you know easytoremember (chris zitias) from clubgp but he did them on his car and he did them on another car. he is from WI Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
