Has anyone seen a 94 Cutlass with the 3800 SC swap and if i put a complete custom exhaust after it how well would a header fit?

the headers made for the 97+ L67 cars do not fit in 1st gen w-bodies

they WILL fit, but u need to cut the firewall...i'd recommend Ported Exhaust Manifolds...

well, u don't cut it out and leave it, u cut it so there's room for the headers, then get some metal and weld it back together...

go to l67swap there are pictures on there of what needs to be done. you have to remove a large section of the hump and then bend and weld a new piece.

also there are 1.5 gen headers for the montes that i hear fit the first gen. go to http://www.mymonte.com for that.

i do not know if you know easytoremember (chris zitias) from clubgp but he did them on his car and he did them on another car. he is from WI
