DaveFromColorado Posted March 11, 2006 Report Posted March 11, 2006 ya got everything plugged in correctly? This is something that gets overlooked too often. --Dave. Quote
DaveFromColorado Posted March 11, 2006 Report Posted March 11, 2006 well, there should be a schrader valve on the fuel rail, you can press that in with a key or something and it'll spray fuel out - that's how you know you've got fuel, altho it doesn't test the injectors to see if they're spraying. --Dave. 95aquase Posted March 12, 2006 Author Report Posted March 12, 2006 so the two wires coming from under the upper intake manifold...do those connect to the coolant temp sensor??? Quote
95aquase Posted March 12, 2006 Author Report Posted March 12, 2006 ok so i found this connector...it goes into the wiring bundle at the alt..where does it connect to?? [image]http://www.aquase.net/DSC01044.JPG[/image] Quote
DaveFromColorado Posted March 12, 2006 Report Posted March 12, 2006 Yup, but the car should run without it the schrader valve should be somewhere on the fuel rail itself. --Dave. Quote
95aquase Posted March 12, 2006 Author Report Posted March 12, 2006 where at??? b/c there is a round dial type of thing but it is below my upper intake... Quote
DaveFromColorado Posted March 12, 2006 Report Posted March 12, 2006 it should look almost like a valve stem. --Dave. Quote
THe_DeTAiL3R Posted March 12, 2006 Report Posted March 12, 2006 The valve should be under the upper intake, sticking out the left (alternator) side.... Quote
Bossman429 Posted March 12, 2006 Report Posted March 12, 2006 The pressure port is on the end of the rail on 3X00 motors, right between the alternator (as C-Bad stated) and the power steering reservoir. Quote
