J Posted April 3, 2003 Report Posted April 3, 2003 Ok guys i did it to myself, with my 2 12's and 1400 watt amp and my loud ass exhaust, Now when ever i drive the car i get a buzz from the head liner, like the dome light wire is rattling between the roof and the liner. My question is how hard is it to drop the whole headliner? I don't want to make it loose and all shitty by breaking any clips. So should i do it or jsut put up with the noise? Later Jay Quote
JS91Z34 Posted April 3, 2003 Report Posted April 3, 2003 Dropping the headliner as in getting rid of it all together or what? If you get rid of it all together, That car will be noisy when it rains. It will also vibrate from the wind, bumps in the road, etc. Quote
J Posted April 3, 2003 Author Report Posted April 3, 2003 NO NO NO I mean jsut drop it and dynamat it all!!! LOL that would be so shitty if i were to leave it off!! I'm not THAT ghetto JAY Quote
Guest Anonymous Posted April 3, 2003 Report Posted April 3, 2003 Try pulling one part down and spray that aerosol insulating foam into the headliner. Quote
Brian P Posted April 3, 2003 Report Posted April 3, 2003 The headliner comes out easy, I tried that spray insulator in my trunk and it just made a dang mess. I'd use the real Dynamat Quote
