I have a 94 cutlass supereme with a 3100 in the paper the ad for the motor i'm going to buy reads 94bonneville ssei 3.8 motor, new trans, new supercharger, new egr, drive axles, $800  i'm surprized for so cheap

I'm thinking i jus need the wiring harness now and go, anyone have any second opinions on how compatible this setup will be?

Thanx Jason

i agree the ssei motor is not one i would get. even the older ones. i do not know if you can even get mounts that will allow it to work

I never realized that there was a difference either.....learn something new every day

if you mean just looking for a motor, try eBay or clubgp.org (is it .org? can't remember)

yeah you really want a 97-03 L67 not the series 1

Series II started in 1996 and carried into 2004 (in the MC's and Impalas).

I jus talked with a junkyard and for the motor, tranny, drive axles, and harness they want $3,000 and how outrageous is that 100,000 mile on it (out of a 96 park) he says he can get 700 for jus the blower

yea hes got the exact setup i want for 2000 shipped to my door on ebay if i can't find anythin local i will be using him thanx for link tho

Oh yea and tha uneducated fuckbag said that was a lowball price he said maybe 500 to 1000 more

Damn, those prices are expensive. I know JY's at home would sell close to the same set-up with varying miles for about $1000. Granted, this means they would have to have the cars in their yards, but still.
