chadz34 Posted February 28, 2006 Report Posted February 28, 2006 Try Milzymotorsports. I just googled it and found that Grand Am's have headers avaliable for the 3400 so, I know they exist. Quote
chadz34 Posted February 28, 2006 Report Posted February 28, 2006 No problem dude, I just don't think they'd be cheap. Wouldn't mind a set for the 96' Lumina. Quote

If he did a good job, that's probably best. Quote
19Cutlass94 Posted February 28, 2006 Report Posted February 28, 2006 Custom would be a better way to go. Quote
5speedz34 Posted February 28, 2006 Report Posted February 28, 2006 Custom would be a better way to go. Yeah, are Milzy's even equal length? Quote
slick Posted February 28, 2006 Report Posted February 28, 2006 Custom would be a better way to go. That, and I don't think the N-body headers will fit on our vehicles. Quote
skiiirt Posted February 28, 2006 Report Posted February 28, 2006 I was reading all the discussion surrounding Kevwood and his headers. Aren't headers created by using mathematical formulas? I may be under the wrong impression but wouldnt a hackjob (just bending tubes to fit) be detrimental? or atleast a loss of HP? Now I understand this move may not be for more horsepower, but if its more restrictive then stock due to incorrect bends, then what is the point? I also have a friend who does custom fabbing and I also need headers, so I am scared to just have this friend make something that could possibly be worse than what I have Quote

And, to be truthful, after really studying all of those calculations, and comparing them to the aftermarket headers available(say for a GM 350), you'd be suprised how much most aftermarket headers really suck  Quote
