birdman Posted February 26, 2006 Report Share Posted February 26, 2006 i know what it is, theres a rod that goes up and down under the lock and hooks into the outside handle and mine has popped out twice, real quick fix but you have to take the door panel off. matt86 Posted February 26, 2006 Author Report Share Posted February 26, 2006 My Dad and I fixed it today in the bitter cold. The piece that the linkage connects to snapped off the handle. I got a new one from Advance and it works fine. We had to take all the panels off but its done. No more climbing in from the passenger side.
