ihateallmustangs Posted February 25, 2006 Report Posted February 25, 2006 Ok so i said to hell with the factory head unit and went out and bought a deck. I also relocated it down here. Now im gonna put the GP DIC up were the radio is. But were is the plug for it? i found other plugs taped up but one was over by the light switch and the other was with the lighter plugs. Quote

There isn't room on that spot for the 88-93 style DIC anyways, although it only needs 12V for the compass and date to work. The 94-96 style would be really useless, aside from the temp I suppose. cutlsp Posted February 25, 2006 Report Posted February 25, 2006 put the stock radio in that slot so people don't see your aftermarket stereo right away Quote

His HU might even be able to play dvd's. So really all he needs if the screen, and a few wires, if he has an aux output on the HU, but that all depends on the HU Youd be able to do that within a $200 range. and I think itd look pretty good.
