i got 2 of these for the GTP for free.

they go on when i either have $$$ to have my buddy at the shop next door to the lab weld them on for me, or wait till it's above freezing to do it myself with the arc welder.... yeah, i'll have him put them on for me...

so, woo-hoo.

shiny glasspacks for me.

you can't beat the price, I wonder how they will sound though....

after hearing my buddy zack take off in the car to go grab his PS2 and my D&D dice i left at his house, as long as it's louder, i'll be happy. lol

hear it burble to the end of flynn's street, 25 feet... then pull away.... nothing, then finally ever so faintly i hear zack rail it onto US30, only 1/8th mile away if you breathed, you'd have not heard it.

glasspacks usually sound good on a 60*, and i kinda like the rasp, so, i'm sure these'll tickle me pink.

keep the comments coming...

That's the only thing that sucks about exhaust...It's the luck of the draw, you may like it, you may not, either way, you're stuck with it. I wish there was a way to "test drive" your new mufflers before you're stuck with them, as I'm planning on putting a pair of flowmasters on my cutty within the next couple of weeks :/

stick em in place, wrap em with ducttape on the joint to temporarily seal the end instead of a clamp and see how it sounds before you tighten the clamps!

Novel idea. Good thinking there! 8)

The GTP now has it's exhaust on it - oh my fucking god, orgasm.

nice low almost metallic sounding burble at idle, nice raspy scream when i pin it.

resonates like a mother though.

for free mufflers and for the decent job the shop did putting them on, i'm happy.

total cost: $60, yes all the shops are pricey here, i called 8 shops $60 was the lowest.
