91GPSTE Posted February 13, 2006 Report Posted February 13, 2006 I saw a 2003 Grand Prix locally for sale for $9000 Canadian. Don't know what model or anything, I didn't look close enough but it has floor shift, cloth seats and crooked chrome 5 spoke rims. I am pretty sure that it's not a base model, looks a lot like GT. Is 9 grand a good price for it? Quote
chadz34 Posted February 13, 2006 Report Posted February 13, 2006 If it's not base, I'd say that's a fair deal. You could probably talk the owner down though. If your interested ge some info on it. Then one of the Grand Prix guys will let you know if it's a good price. But for that new of a vehicle, I'd say it's a good price, especially if it's not base. Quote
THe_DeTAiL3R Posted February 13, 2006 Report Posted February 13, 2006 We don't have anything NEAR that price at our dealership. An 03 GP GT with under 100k would go for several thousand more than $9000. We do have a '99 GP GT, BASE (only option is CD player), and it's like $9000 with around 100km on it. See what's wrong with it.. at $9k it sounds too good to be true. Quote
chadz34 Posted February 13, 2006 Report Posted February 13, 2006 There we go man! See what's wrong and make an offer! Quote
91GPSTE Posted February 13, 2006 Author Report Posted February 13, 2006 I actually found it on Auto Trader. It's listed for $8200 there. It's a GT. I may have to take a closer look then. THe_DeTAiL3R Posted February 13, 2006 Report Posted February 13, 2006 Is it certified and e-tested? Watch out for rusty brake/fuel lines.. Quote
91GPSTE Posted February 14, 2006 Author Report Posted February 14, 2006 Don't know if it's cert and e-tested. Doubt the brake lines are rusty yes, it's only 3-4 years old. Quote
JNGTP94 Posted February 17, 2006 Report Posted February 17, 2006 you should not have to worry abot those issues being that new... give it a test drive and see what you think Quote
THe_DeTAiL3R Posted February 18, 2006 Report Posted February 18, 2006 Yeah, they SHOULDN't be rusty, but we did have a 1999 GP GT and it needed the lines changed due to rust... Quote
