I originally thought they were all pre-wired for HUD, as WELL as DIC. Maybe he just didn't look hard enough, I don't know. I know when I installed one a few years back, it took some digging around to find it, but they were there, bundled up, and taped down in the dash. Take the shitty felt that's draped under the dash off and stick your hand under there, I guess, or take a flashlight and look around. Note: mine is a base model GP se. no sunroof. no abs. cheap cloth seats. ect. only option probably is that it came with a cd player and b4u. Seriously, the wiring was right behind where the light spot is in your pic. I just had to unwrap the electrical tape around the harnesses.
