I dont think the plugs ever been changed or the wires would this cause my rough idle?? I dont wanna drop the cash on something that wont help. First thing I'd recomend is chaning the plugs and the wires, oil change, air filter, fuel filter ... a complete tune up - if you've still got the issue after that, then we may need some more information about how and when these problems started. slow O2 sensors can sometimes cause gas milage problems too. --Dave.
