THe_DeTAiL3R
When I clean my throttlebody I usually spray some of the TB cleaner into the engine while it's running, giving the throttle as needed so it woun't stall. I also put STP fuel injector cleaner in the tank once in a while. My car runs pretty good.

Crazy K
I took some injectors that i was planning to install, and set them up where they could not tip over.... and dripped a few drop of injector cleaner in one end of each injector... waited 24 hours and flipped them and did the same thing. ok I did it for an hour but I was inpatient! THe_DeTAiL3R
I'm not sure, but I think i heard somewhere that you can use diesel to clean injectors? Maybe do a search on the net. I doubt you can hurt them with injector cleaner though.
birdman
ok, do you know if i can soak them? thanks.
Crazy K
well.... I was inpatient. I did like an hour a side. but I would have done them for longer if I hadn't thought of it last minute. I don;t think it would harm them... keep in mind that doing this probably has no effect on the internals of the injector, since it probably won't trickle inside them. it mosly cleans the output's nozzles... can you see actual clogs? There are usualy four tiny little holes you can see in the injectors botton... If there is a clog there you can kinda see it.

SUPERDUTYD
i had mine out and cleaned them with air intake cleaner. i didn't want to use carb cleaner because i did once on my eagle and it removed some kind of plastic coating that was on them. i don't know if was a good idea cleaning them, but i did and they are in the car now with no problems.
