joey b
When I am driving my car makes a humming noise. Not the howling that I am familiar with from a bearing. Reminds me of the hum that I have heard a couple of times while riding in FWD chrysler products. What do you think it is and the remedy, if there is one? GOT2B GM
transmission?? power steering?? I'd say start by checking those fluid levels. But I guess that would be more of a whine, not a hum. I dunno...

joey b
is there any way to test a bearing? Will I get a noise if I put it on jack stands?
92LuminaRS
If not a noise, you WILL notice the tire dosnt spin as freely as it should. You might also get a grinding feel depending on how bad it really is
joey b
It goes away when I turn right.

GutlessSupreme
It goes away when I turn right. I'd go with a hub. Noise will (at least somewhat) go away when the weight transfers off of it.
