Ned Flanders
I've been having some problems with my 95 3.1's idle...may have been a bad tank of gas (because things have improved about 80% when I filled it up again)... I want to clean out the IAC just in case, but what's the best stuff to do it with? WD-40? And FYI...car would idle fine at first...then start slowing down and get really rough. Car drives fine. No check lights.

1990lumina
I'd stick with brake cleaner/carb cleaner....when I cleaned mine I used electric parts cleaner and it fucked it up a bit (fixed itself after certain adjustments)
Ned Flanders
Thank you! I'll try and get my hands on a can tonight. Looks like I get to spend a fun evening under the Buick's hood.
