Crazy K Posted January 29, 2006 Report Posted January 29, 2006 urinate in it!!! Uric acid does wonders for aluminum! I always yank and inspect the fuel rail while I'm there.... test the injectors for proper resistance, and inspect and replace the injector O-rings, expecially if you have never done so before. Quote
White93z34 Posted January 29, 2006 Report Posted January 29, 2006 pour some sand down there, that will clean varnish off the valves. Quote
Supreme Cutlass Posted January 29, 2006 Author Report Posted January 29, 2006 Ok, serious answers only please... Quote
Guest TurboSedan Posted January 29, 2006 Report Posted January 29, 2006 there aren't any sensors under the plenum, but you could replace the dist. o-ring while you have the plenum & TB off. you could also replace the injector o-rings while you're at it. oh....be sure to inspect the vacuum lines and replace them if necessary. Supreme Cutlass Posted January 29, 2006 Author Report Posted January 29, 2006 I didn't necessarily mean sensors under the plenum, I just meant things that would be easier to get to or just anything in general since the car isn't running and I'm waiting for parts Quote
Crazy K Posted January 29, 2006 Report Posted January 29, 2006 Hey! We understand! BTW was it bad for me to leave the rags in the intake holes when I put together my brothers old pontiac 6000? Quote
