THe_DeTAiL3R
Engine flush- you're just talking that stuff in a can for $5 right? I've used it multiple times, in all the cars at home and never had an issue. I put some in after I change my LIM, although I think there is still a *tiny* bit of the old coolant still left in the oil that didn't get out with my first oil change. I'm going on 1.5hr trip tomorrow after that I think I'm gonna change the oil again with some cheap stuff..
Cam'ron
no dave i am talkin go to lubex and get raped into paying 90 bucks for somerhing thats gonna fuck up your engine... i havent used the drop in stuff, i just plain do not like the idea of breaking shit loose in my engine or any engine for that matter. i much perfer regular oil changes i am basically wondering if synthetic is worth the extra cost... i mean really worth it, i looked today and i would be paying more just for the oil than what i pay now for somebody else to do an oilchange for me
Crazy K
I run 6000 miles between oil changes on castrol syntec. a flush should not be required, as sythentic and regular oil should blend fine, and they make syntheitc blend anyhow.
