gtp34
Ok, I got the previous problem with the brake switch wire figured out. Now the car will turn over but it won't fire when you try to remote start it. As far as I can look/see all the wires are connected ok. Anybody have any experience putting a Prostart CT-3300 from Canadian tire in these w-bodys? Car has no VATS, it's a 91 Regal. Who is Hayes? Can't find that user name
jdcutty
Maybe Hayes can ring in here. He seems pretty keen on these subjects.

Psych0matt
maybe its just not turning over long enough?
gtp34
First time it tries it will semi fire but won't run. I guess its using up whatever fuel by the fuel injectors. When it fails to run it'll wait a few seconds and try again. When it trys again, it will sit there cranking the engine over and over. I get it to stop by pressing the brake or opening the hood (the fail safes). I'm quite certain it has to deal with the fuel pump not being turned on but, getting that to go I'm not sure. Everything looks to be wired correctly going by wiring diagrams from the company and diagrams from the internet.
Crazy K
Do you know about the fule pump jumper tester? A single wire with w connectore that hangs near the fuel pump relay? Try running a jumper wire to it and see if that makes the car start.
Justin
Sounds to me like they didn't hook up an ignition wire. Some Ws have two of them, might be something to check out.
