Supreme Cutlass Posted January 16, 2006 Report Posted January 16, 2006 what was wrong to start with? Quote
Bossman429 Posted January 17, 2006 Report Posted January 17, 2006 Screw you! It's winter here. We won't know what A/C is until March maybe. I would guess that the refrigerant leaked out. If they put dye in the system you can have them look for the leaks, they will glow with the dye. If not, you don't have much of a choice. Have them recharge the system and use dye this time, so they can find the leak when it stops working again. Quote
GnatGoSplat Posted January 17, 2006 Report Posted January 17, 2006 Did you recharge the system yourself? If so, did you vacuum it first? Do you have a manifold gauge set? If so, what does it read? Quote
jeremy Posted January 17, 2006 Report Posted January 17, 2006 went to a shop to recharge I'd bring it right back to them.......if you paid someone to fix your A/C system and it still isnt' working correctly, then that is their problem and they should have to fix it.... Quote
