Supreme Cutlass Posted January 16, 2006 Report Posted January 16, 2006 I was loking at some Ideas for battery relocation, and I was wondering, why not put one of these in? They take up a very small space, so you might even be able to fit it in the engine bay WITH the CAI. Would it have enough cranking power? http://www.batterymart.com/c-odyssey.html Quote
jeremy Posted January 19, 2006 Report Posted January 19, 2006 ....I would just move it to the trunk or ask Kyle how his CAI is done.....because as you can see his battery appears to still be in the engine bay Quote
AWeb80 Posted January 19, 2006 Report Posted January 19, 2006 Jeremy, I believe Michael did all that before Kyle bought the car......so Kyle may not know how....? Quote
SigEpCutlass Posted January 19, 2006 Report Posted January 19, 2006 I was in a discussion similar to this on MM (mymonte.com) a week or so ago. One of their members Germ has made a CAI kit that didn't require battery relocation. The only stipulation is that you have to "reposition" the battery. In other words turn it on an angle (above) or turn the battery sideways as Germ did. Either way, if you can mount the battery properly or custom config a mount, then you've got it. See here for more info: http://www.mymonte.com/discussion/viewtopic.php?t=11915 Quote
