Guest donkeykongrape Posted January 15, 2006 Report Posted January 15, 2006 It appears that I may have ran over a plastic bag and it got fused onto my cat....I dunno, it's been this way for a while now. I'm not noticing any problems while driving, but I thought it would be a good idea to ask anyways...could this possibly hurt my exhaust system or cause me to possibly fail emissions when i go in to test in about a year? Any input is appreciated, thanks Quote
1990lumina Posted January 15, 2006 Report Posted January 15, 2006 I'd say just let it be...make sure nothing is plugging any of those holes, other then that just it. The cat get's hard enough it should burn off in time, but who knows how long. I doubt you will fail emissions just for that, as long as it isn't effecting the cat's effiency. Quote
Supreme Cutlass Posted January 15, 2006 Report Posted January 15, 2006 I highly doubt it will affect emissions at all. Quote
Psych0matt Posted January 15, 2006 Report Posted January 15, 2006 only thing i would do is see if you can scrape some of the hangies off, but otherwise it shouldnt affect anything Quote
