can replacement louvers be purchased anywhere or from gm?

I think you can still buy them from GM, might be around $100 or more, and you'd have to paint them.

They usually go for about $50 on Ebay, or watch the for sale section here, they pop up from time to time.

Not if you are trying to get a functional louvre for a TGP.

Im pretty sure there the same, The Z34 ones even go through, and are somewhat functional, the GTP go through too, some1 with a GTP should know, but im pretty sure a 3.4 DOHC isnt gona put out as much heat as a turbo motor to really need them at all, SE's got them with no louvers, so there pretty much unessesary

the 91-93 GTP louvres are exactly the same as the TGP ones, hood cutouts and rain pans and all... totally functional as well.

x3 no w-body hoodvents were just tacked on. all had holes cut in the hood.
