Get some screws, paint them white, and put them in with a nut on the back to hold it on, I HATE where my license plate is, but my state requires them

Jam some bondo or something in there and paint it with touch up paint. Sand it smooth first of course.

you can't be serious? at least with the suggestion that sl3196 gave, if you take you time and a little pride in the work it will be very minimally noticeable at best.

Painting screw heads to fill holes belongs in the thread below

i think the bondo and touch up would look tons better, as well as work better in the long run i would imagine

Haha, don't wanna see what I did when I removed the license plate holder thing on my car haha....

i did the "ghetto" way of painting screws on mine..it honestly doesnt look that horrible...it blends in quite well from like 10ft away

but obviously the better way would be to use body filler or something

How the hell would screws look better then properly filling the holes and using touch up paint? Your know it all attitude is getting old man.

If you're a perfectionist, melt some polyurethane rod into the holes, then fill with flexible epoxy filler, then sand and paint.

That should hold up better than Bondo as it's the proper way to repair urethane.
