With a brand new Delco one being $15-20 more, I usually prefer the brand new one because the finish is top-notch and they feel nice & tight, not loose & sloppy like a used one. You can find aftermarket brand new ones for less than the price most junkyards charge for used ones, but in my experience, the quality of aftermarket ones is questionable.
