Puggsley456 Posted December 25, 2005 Report Posted December 25, 2005 I was just wondering if anyone else has had problems with the main wireing harness running behind the location for the stereo and thus causing alot of grief when trying to put the stereo back into the dash? What a nitemare! Quote
ExZion Posted December 25, 2005 Report Posted December 25, 2005 YEAH!!! i had to pull my wires from the HU into the compartment under the glove box and highly modify the fuse block on the HU to make it fit.. I have a Audiobahn A1200N by the way Quote

I am only 3/4" short...lol...and considering all the extra wires I have in there....thats quite and accomplishment. Quote
ExZion Posted December 25, 2005 Report Posted December 25, 2005 No the harness is not accessable from there but my HU has a ton of extra un needed cables. So i didnt want to just cut them off so my buddy got the idea to just pull them in to that hole that gave me just enough room. Then the fuse block i took the plastic box cut the wires spliced them and reinstalled it under the cover in the glove box. Quote
