I am in the middle of buying a house, and probably won't be in the market for anything more than the necessities for a while, but I want to know if this is reasonable. If someone else is interested in it, I might pick it up. Private email me if you are seriously interested. I don't want to travel 45 min round trip to pick up something for someone, unless they really want it.
