Upgrades for Gen 3, 3.1

I really am at a loss trying to find good upgrades for this engine, other than the turbo/super chargers that i have found, not much in the way of upgrades has presented itself. Thinkin of just going to the 3.4 DOHC!

http://www.fastfwdperformance.com has Performance chip, and Underdrive crank pulley.

 

or http://www.fdpperformance.com has larger TB, I tihink.

 

http://www.rsmracing.com has a lot of stuff, some engine, a lot of suspension stuff, strut tower braces, shocks, rear sway bar....etc

 

There is always cat-back exhaust or no cat exhaust, cold air intake, port and polish heads and both intake manilfolds.
