AWeb80
Pics here I still gotta get it buffed out and Powdercoated white. I basically "snaps" in to place. I fits snugg under the front cross member and there is a lip on the battery tray that it wedges into against the side of the car. The "cold air" comes from by the horns and the hole behind the headlights. Installation pics of the CAI

AWeb80
That was a PAIN in the butt to make....I took a rubber hammer and used a 3" round bar to "beat" the shape into it and then welded it.....well, I can't weld, but a guy that I work with did. pwmin
looks pretty good. you have it installed for the mini-meet? that does look like a pia. cant wait to see it installed. sounds like you probably put in almost the same amount of total time for that as i did. z284pwr
You just need to find someone with a metal bender now and that could definitely be mass produced No hammering required, just run it back and forth until the bend it correct, make templates of them straigt, and bend as needed

SigEpCutlass
now i remember you relocated the battery in pics you showed before. Did you put it back? B/c now it looks like it's not going to require a relocation.
birdman
like it alot, thats exactly what i was in the process of doing but you beat my to it. you gonna mass produce it?
AWeb80
No mass production......it was hard enough to get the curves right.....i even go lucky to have the tolerances just right so that it "snaps" into place....that is hard to reproduce.....
