Supreme Cutlass
My ignition coils are bone stock, would I see a big improvment if I change them out? What brand of spark plug wires should I use? DURALAST VALUCRAFT .... BOSCH? Which plugs should I use? AC delco rapidfires? or Autolite Double platnums? I've heard good things about both. Prospeeder
Bosch wires should be fine, just dont use thier plugs, and AC delco rapid fires
THe_DeTAiL3R
My regular $3 AC Delcos looked just fine after I swapped them out with new cheap $3 AC Delcos, after 15,000km (first time I ever changed them since owning the car). gp90se
Delco plugs, duracrap wires (lifetime warrenty, swap them every 2-3 years)
dakiln
I couldn't believe the ability of the Delco plugs to hold up. Changed the plugs last winter, it was the original set from 1994!!!!!! I know the prior owner, they had never had them changed. Went ahead and just put afctory wires in and compared with another Cutlass with duracrap wires and Delco plugs, my idles about twice as quitely, with the kid on the way I'll stick with what keeps it quiet
Guest TurboSedan
i just went to the GM dealer and picked up a set of ACDelco spark plug wires today. they cost $52, but i wouldn't consider anything else. well, except Magnecore KV-85s, but those would have been around $90/shipped

gp90se
delcos have been proved somewhere they put out more power the the MSD replacement ones. don't know how true that is but the stockers do the job very well
Guest TurboSedan
for coils i would ONLY consider GM replacements! same goes for the ICM.
