Rear disk swap question

What's the difference between the 88-93 rear knuckles and hubs, versus the 94-96's?

But is there anything, aside from the years, that would prevent me from using the earlier setup versus the 94-96 (mainly the knucles and the hubs)? I've read issues about the rear calipers, but I've got spring plans for new brakes all around.
