Finally got the ALDL connector working

And yay for no codes!

Anyways, about last spring time, the ALDL connector and the SES light stopped working. I suspected it was faulty wiring, due to the fact that the wiring under my dash is hacked to hell anyways. But... I figured I would toss in a new guage cluster with lower mileage in, and in hopes the SES light would atleast work.

Finally swapped it in. SES light worked. So... while I was at it, I figured I would check to see if the ALDL connector would work to. I have tried to hook up code scanners to it, and it would not work. So, put the car in the On position, popped in the paperclip, and it worked!

So... I guess the line from the ECM runs into the cluster first, then down to the ALDL connector? That would have to be my guess as to how that line runs. And if it doesn't, well I don't care, I can finally see if I have any codes anymore.
