GP1138 Posted November 8, 2005 Report Share Posted November 8, 2005 1.) That's not a vacuum line, that's the Detent Cable, it should be connected to your throttle body. 2.) Guest TurboSedan Posted November 9, 2005 Report Share Posted November 9, 2005 where exactly is the other side of the line connected to? my Getrag has a vent tube....it just goes up to a pipe that is mounted on the driver's side fender. the pipe is just curved so no water/debris can fall into it. if that IS a vent tube in your pic, than no, it doesn't really need to be connected to anything, just make sure nothing can fall into it.
