gmrulz4u Posted March 3, 2003 Report Posted March 3, 2003 I'm having my bi-yearly tranny service done tomorrow and was thinking of chaning the vacuum modulator as well. My tranny is a 440-T4(4T60) and my tranny guy said it was a good idea to do so. How much do these generally cost? THANKS:) Quote
Guest Anonymous Posted March 3, 2003 Report Posted March 3, 2003 I would guess less than $20. You can get an adj. one for about $14 from Summit or Jegs. Quote
1trucavalier Posted March 3, 2003 Report Posted March 3, 2003 they cost $8 and the stocker replacement is already adjustable. no need to get a special one. When you go to the store just open the box first and look at it. It has a tiny adjustment screw in the middle. If for some crazy reason it does not have a adjustment screw then ask for a vac mod for a 77 camaro with 350. Quote
