I was under my car after I dropped a socket and extension onto the subframe the other day :x , anyway I saw what is pictured below while looking under the left front fender towards the front....

I have no idea what this is, but I would like to know what it is, and it's function if anyone knows that'd be awesome :D

haha, so thats what i lost one night on the lumina. it was hanging when i put kyles rims on the it, then i heard a clunk when i drove it down the road, next thing i know, cruise control and heater didnt work.

yeah.. you don't "need" that hell my car hasen't had one since i bought it, no problems yet just plug off the vaccum line if it ever runs away.

If you don't have one then = upper vents close when you're pushing the throttle past a certain point. And trust me, this sucks during the winter. Not like these cars are very well insulated.

:shrug: I like these "guess the part" threads, it makes me feel smarter when I can guess what it is!
