THe_DeTAiL3R Posted October 24, 2005 Report Posted October 24, 2005 They've been advertising these on TV and that they are 30% brighter than regular GE lights. Has anyone tried them, and are they better than Silverstars? Quote

Has anyone tried them, and are they better than Silverstars? I can probably say that GE is just trying to get some of the market Sylvania has. Probably about the same results. Quote
digitaloutsider Posted October 25, 2005 Report Posted October 25, 2005 I bought them for the Montana when one of it's headlights blew. They're a little brighter than the stock Sylvania's, and well brigther than the Cool Blues. Color temperature is about equal to stock, though. I'd really just buy the plain stock ones. Not worth the extra bucks, IMHO. Quote
ToroToro Posted October 25, 2005 Report Posted October 25, 2005 Yeah, if you are going to buy good bulbs, you might as well kick out the extra ten bucks for Silverstars. Quote
badassoldspower Posted October 25, 2005 Report Posted October 25, 2005 Yeah Im gonna have to agree on that one (i love mine) Quote

THe_DeTAiL3R Posted October 25, 2005 Author Report Posted October 25, 2005 Okay cool. I already have Silverstars just wondering if these "new" bulbs might be better... Quote
