Dirty Rockstar
I am wondering guys if the Clutch Master and SLave cylinders and that Hydraulic line between them from another GM would work if it has the 282.. Seeing as how the JBodies are more abundant around here w/ the manual, could I grab the master and slave off of one of them and have it work on my Lumina? I dont see why it wouldnt, but then again, it might be different.. Thanks for the info..
stockgp
i pulled mine from a beretta. i assume w body's master cylinders are also attached to the firewall with two bolts. if not then no they won't work. the slave is the same, though
Dirty Rockstar
Where exactly does it bolt to the fireall on our cars? Is it below the brake MC, under and over something?
OldSkoolGP
On a W-body, the master attaches to the firewall with a goofy offset octagonal shape that the master twists in to. This true for all 284 equipped cars, I'm not 100% sure if it's that way for the 282 W-bodies.
