Sounds like a vacuum leak to me.

Mine idled REALLY high when I forgot to tighten the throttlebody, causing a huge leak, and the SES light came on.

check for vacuum leak, if not then its the IAC, may want to clean it. Then do the idle relearn. This happened to me too. I followed a different relearn then that in the faq.

Disconnect battery, reconnect ~30 sec later, start car and let run until warmed up and run for another 5 mins, shut off for 10-20 sec, restart until fans come on. Done.

If its still idling high, use carb cleaner to check for vacuum leak.

Yes.... If the Idle relearn doesn't do the trick (after about 3 tries) then you may well have an intake leak.

tried an idle relearn a couple weeks ago, started idling fine, cuz it messed up some, now its doing this, ill try another one though, how do i use carb cleaner for a leak?...thanx

You said the SES light came on, but no codes.. are you letting it flash Code 12 3 times?

It sounds almost like the TPS being disconnected or faulty.
