92pontiac s.e.
Hey everybody,I was wondering if anyone here has installed a eaton supercharger to a 3.4 d.o.h.c. or any other v-6 in the G.M. engine family (2.8,3.1,3.4,3.8,or 4.3).I see them for sale all the time on e-bay and have read about someone doing this mod on one of the other old W-body boards,But it was never said what all's needed to do the swap.If anyone has any info on what all is needed to do this swap please let me know,Thanks. IBuiltMine-o1oo
THat would bee cool, by nature a DOHC is a high reving engine, that thing would boost like crazy!

digitaloutsider
This has been discussed in 3 different threads. Search. There's no "swapping" a supercharger onto the LQ1. No matter which way you go, you'll be doing some extensive fabrication. Even going the easiest and cheapest route (as I'm doing) is going to cost quite a bit, require a LOT of custom fabrication, and will involve painstaking tuning due to the 91-93's having no MAF sensor (speed density can suck my cock). Hell to be honest with you, it's probably easier to just swap an entire L67 in.
