Well, I know it's kinda useless to post about this before taking a look under the car but.

When I hit the brakes, mostly at a stop I get a clunk and I don't know whether it's the cradle or the caliper bolt.

Kevin said it was the caliper bolt but it seems alot worse than a caliper bolt.

The cradle recall was done on this car but the bushings are about shot on this thing. Which I know is bad!

Anyone got any ideas?

pull the front wheels off.. check balljoints (shake tires top/bottom) and tie rods (shake side to side)... check the caliper bolts and cradle mounts like you mentioned as well.

Ohh believe me I shoulda mentioned that it needs all new front end. Which I plan on doing soon also.

Damnit, this thread now seems useless.

give the balljoints a check.. my buddy's 93 regal (before he crashed it) had 166k and the balljoints made the loudest "CLUNK" when he hit the brakes.. or even accelerated... we thought it was the CV shafts for such a long time until we fixed the balljoints and then it shut up

I'm replacing the whole front end.
