Bake82
Tranny mount # 14088170 My local GM dealer could get it in if I ordered it. It would take 5-7 days, but it would get in. It is not on GMpartsdirect tho. It was pricey, but if you are going to do the swap, you need the mount. As far as clutches go. Invasion1(davis) is using a SPEC stage 2or3 not sure. But I know he hasn't complained to me about it. check out http://www.specclutches.com and look up the GP clutch kit. Good luck Kyle
Bake82
Also, if nobody else gets a pic of the CMC and slave cylinder, I'll have one for you on Friday or Saturday at the latest.

TGPilot
Depending on how many miles were on your failed 282's I find it hard to believe they failed just because. They are being strapped to N* engines and high torque Chev V8's in Fieros without much issue at all. If ANYONE decides to do a 5-speed swap...DO NOT BUY CENTERFORCE clutches! SPEC and LUK seem to be the two with good reliability and very strong pressure plates without much force on the clutch lever. 8)

Have any pics? I probably won't have any money saved for a few months, but if you still have it laying around I'll probably grab it. Thank you much for the info guys. I appreciate it.
