I'm having a problem with the 97 Cutty. At night time when I have my headlights on, when I brake, at about 30 mph my lights go real dim and all my interior lights go dim to the point where you can barely see them. Once I accelerate, everything is back up to normal. I have put on: A new alternator, belt, and battery. All wires including the ground are clean and tight. Also my car idles at about 900-950 RPM's. I'm just confused why its doing this, any explanations??? Replys are greatly appreciated.

you may have a current leak somewhere, since you have changed all the other power supply stuff. Check all your major sources of power use.

My '94 GP is doing the exact same thing.. I've got new battery, alternator, the works. Even when I'm at idle, the turnsignal flashing will cause my lights to dim. I haven't a clue.
