96+ front brakes - minimum wheel size?

I plan on upgrading (finally) to the newer style front brake on my Lumina. I was wondering if my 14 inch winter wheels will still fit, or will they not clear the calipers? They are stock steelies.

I think 15 is the smallest rims size you can go with the newer brakes.

With my 95 15" sawblade wheels from my 88 GP BARELY clear the calipers, but they fit. 14" would be way too small.
