EuroSedan93 Posted September 20, 2005 Report Posted September 20, 2005 I have been looking and have found nothing on headers for the 91 - 94 3.1's. Do they even exist?[/u] Quote
EuroSedan93 Posted September 20, 2005 Author Report Posted September 20, 2005 dammit lol. thats the only mod that I can think of off hand that I really want to do to my car. Quote
chadz34 Posted September 20, 2005 Report Posted September 20, 2005 They don't exist because only the people on this forum would buy them. Quote
manitcor Posted September 20, 2005 Report Posted September 20, 2005 without proper PCM tuning you wouldnt get much out of headers anyway Quote
chadz34 Posted September 20, 2005 Report Posted September 20, 2005 That's simple though, isn't it? Quote
Guest TurboSedan Posted September 20, 2005 Report Posted September 20, 2005 what would need to be done tuning wise to get the full benefit of headers? Quote
manitcor Posted September 20, 2005 Report Posted September 20, 2005 headers naturally lean out your fuel, you also need to adjust your timing to maximize your exhaust flow in the upper RPM ranges, you can be more agressive with it than you would with stock logs. I ran headers for 2 years and only got a little top end, then when I finally went ODBII ad got a DHP tuned for the headers my topend opened up by a huge amount. Quote
