yep..i know there is a 45 minute write up on the FAQs, but i got a few questions. it may take 45 minute to take everything off to get to the alt, but is it harder to put it all back on. the belt and everything that is. i really dont wanna take the chance of fucking anything up when i can pay some1 400$ to do it with an engine hoist. just that its the weekend and i'm debating if i try it or not. its my first go at it so, i dunno.

if i do try..anything i should be careful of not doing?

well, when I was under my loomie lookin' at the alt while changin' my P/S pressure line, I noticed how easy it is to get to from there.

one thing you may want to watch for though, when lowering the engine cradle, don't go too far down, otherwise your steering colum can sepperate from the rack - and that's just a pain in the ass when you're tryin' to line it back up.

when chris (slick94prix) did his alternator, it took us 45 minutes from start to finish.

if you've never done one it will probably take you abit longer, but its not too bad at all. when i did my euro's last it was very painless.
