I would imagine you could cut out some type of transparent material that would help with the clarity of the heads up display projection. Maybe an automotive glass supplier could fill us in on what exactly is done to the HUD vs. non-HUD windshields or lead you in the right direction when choosing a material to try on the non-HUD windows.....
