SUPERDUTYD Posted August 23, 2005 Report Share Posted August 23, 2005 i found exhaust from a 2000 grand prix and want to put it on my 96 monte 3100. will it fit at all? will it fit easily using stock hangers? i am only going to use the mufflers and the exhaust pipe where it splits into 2. Brian P Posted August 23, 2005 Report Share Posted August 23, 2005 It's very close if not exactly the same. I had a '03 up in the air at my job and it looked near identical to the older setup. The only spot where you'll probably have a problem is the downward angle you'll need on the tailpipes, but you could find a way to drop the mufflers down a little, that may work. jeremy Posted August 24, 2005 Report Share Posted August 24, 2005 let us know if it bolts up.....I always thought the 2G w-bodies were a lot wider then the 1, 1.5G so I didn't think there was a chance it would work, but I am curious as to the result.
