MiamiZ34 Posted August 22, 2005 Report Posted August 22, 2005 This may have been addressed before but maybe someone could lend some advice. I have a 93 Z34 and it has died on me. The engine starts but hesitates and eventually starts but right after it stalls, misfires and dies. I have felt this sympton before with damaged timing belt, but this time, when I uncovered the timing belt covers, no debri or anydamage to the belt exists. Fuel pump was changed last year with a NEW Carter fuel pump and sending unit, not remanufactured. I was wondering if the coil packs and or module have been damaged??? Anyway to check these out? Please advice.... Quote
1990lumina Posted August 22, 2005 Report Posted August 22, 2005 After it stalls out, will it start again if you try right after??? Quote
Crimson Fury Z Posted August 22, 2005 Report Posted August 22, 2005 let me be the fisrt to recommend either the ignition control module or the coil packs! Quote
