Supreme Cutlass
How do you replace the lock cylinder for the trunk in a 92 cutlass supreme sedan? Mine's boned:
supreme_style21
Did you remove it in that shape? Installation is basically the reverse of removal. Many parts stores should have the lock cylinder if you need one. And many offer a complete set, keyed the same, for the doors and trunk, if you want to go that route. Supreme Cutlass
I found it in the glove compartment that I fixed not too long ago. From what I hear a locksmith had to drill it out, so I don't know how it came out.
DiscoStudd
Most GM's have a clip that holds the lock cylinder in place. The clip is exposed on the inside bottom lip of the decklid and is held in place by a rivet. If the clip is still riveted in there, drill out the rivet, then pop out and inspect the clip. If the clip's bent beyond recognition (or missing,) you should be able to pick a new one up at the stealership (or scour the boneyards.)
