About to help my friend replace his pads and rotors on his 97 GP. Anyways, is there really any differences from the 1st gen dubya's, or is it pretty simple? Do i have to compress the caliper the same way as the 1st gen(push and spin at the same time), or will a simple clamp work?

Thanks,

clamp comes in handy.. be careful not to destroy the clips and other hardware that are existing, as they may not be included in the new kit. I'd go AC Delco but that's up to you guys. use ant-sieze on the reassembly to make sure the bolts go in smooth.
