I'm replacing the heater hose off the top of the water pump that rusts out and while I'm at it, I figured I'd replace the heater core since it's been leaking. The shop I called said the job pays 2.5 hours, so it can't be too hateful. It appears to be under the dash on the driver side, according to the heater hose entry to the firewall.
