The article for just the title of them??? YOu can find the title of them on alldata.com .....but i dunno where you can read the whole article - for free at least??

Yeah, I remember with my old car that there was a site with all the Cougar/Thunderbird ones listed (full articles), I was hoping it was a common thing. What my main concern is, is the rear brakes being clamped shut all the time. I want to tell the Midas guys exactly what to fix so they don't go tearing the whole system apart looking for it and charge me a couple hours of labor.

Sounds like your e-brake cable or calipers are siezed. There aren't any TSBs for that concern on a '95 GP.
